Service

For most of us, buying a new or used vehicle is a a major investment, second only to buying a house. According to the National Automobile Dealers Association, the average price of a new car sold in the United States is $30,748. That?s why it?s important to let our dealerships take care of your car after you buy it.

As a car owner you probably already know just how expensive it can be to own and operate a vehicle. Between the purchase price, the cost of insurance and gasoline, there is often little left over in the automobile budget to work with. It is important for all car owners to set aside extra money in their budget to cover routine maintenance as well as funds for emergency repairs. Fortunately if you follow the suggestions of your local New Car dealer as well as the instructions in your owner's manual you can often avoid costly repairs. Here we look at a basic vehicle maintenance guide to ensure your car is running in tip top shape. As always, consult with a trusted mechanic if you have questions or issues beyond normal wear and tear.

A National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) study found that at least half of all vehicle owners neglect routine maintenance, with young people being the least likely to keep up with service schedules.

Almost two-thirds of automotive technicians believe you can take care of your vehicles? maintenance and repair needs for less than $500 a year. Considering the average cost and complexity of a new vehicle, you may be penny-wise and dollar-foolish if you neglect routine maintenance.

Vehicle maintenance means keeping all the systems and features functioning as closely as possible to the manufacturer?s original design intentions. Routine maintenance should be an ongoing process that begins when the vehicle is new, because any machine that receives use will also accumulate wear. And no one is better equipped to take care of your new Ford, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Nissan, or Toyota than our skilled and dedicated technicians.

Proactively tending to your vehicle?s maintenance needs is likely to help your vehicle start, run, and stop as the manufacturer intended, so you get the maximum amount of performance, reliability, and service life. Periodic inspections of the vehicle?s systems are the easiest way to monitor its health.

When you bring your vehicle to any one of the O'Brien Automotive Team Service Departments, you can rest assured you will receive the highest standard of customer service as well as genuine certified Factory auto parts backed by a solid manufacturer's warranty.

The members of our Service Teams are fast, efficient and friendly. They understand you're in a hurry, and they know the time you spend waiting for your vehicle to be serviced is time wasted in your busy life. Our technicians work smart, work fast and work hard to see that your vehicle is repaired right, the first time, on time, every time.

Our state-of-the-art facilities feature the most current diagnostic and repair equipment available and our highly skilled factory-trained technicians deliver the most efficient quality vehicle care available anywhere. We utilize state-of-the-art technologies and equipment to make certain your vehicle is serviced correctly. And we use only genuine Ford, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Nissan, or Toyota parts for all vehicles we sell and parts specified by the original equipment manufacturer on all other vehicles to provide the highest quality performance.

It doesn't matter whether you're bringing your vehicle in for routine scheduled preventive maintenance, a simple oil change, tune up, wheel rotation, balance and alignment, vehicle inspection or car emissions test ... our professional service staff will answer your questions and address any service needs you may have. We'll even conduct a free Vehicle Inspection for you just in case you may have some hidden problem that could affect your vehicle's safety or performance. The last thing you need to worry about is the operating condition of your car, truck, van, SUV or crossover.

The technicians who work on your vehicle at our dealerships are trained by the manufacturer, and have targeted experience on your make and model. With this, they are able to pinpoint problems that others may not find. It goes without saying that some makes and models have the same problems across the board. A dealer technician is aware of this and can often fix your problem for you fairly quickly without having to do much investigative work.
